WSK 13 Linguistic Typology

One of these volumes (volume WSK 13) is devoted to Linguistic Typology. This volume will be edited by Dr. Dagmar Jung (University of Cologne) and Prof. Dr. Johannes Helmbrecht (University of Regensburg). The goal of this volume is to provide easily accessible and systematic definitions and explications of terms in the field of general and typological linguistics. The focus is put on terms that are used cross-linguistically to describe grammatical phenomena in individual languages and, in addition, that are used for cross-linguistic comparison. This includes terms that designate grammatical phenomena which do not exist in European languages but can be found in other linguistic areas of the world.
