Melanie Franke studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre (B.Sc.) mit Schwerpunkt Wertsch?pfungsmanagement an der Universit?t Regensburg. Daraufhin absolvierte sie den Master of Business Administration (MBA) an der Murray State University, USA und das Masterstudium Betriebswirtschaftslehre (M.Sc.) an der Universit?t Regensburg.

W?hrend dieser Zeit war sie wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin beim Marketing & Career Service der Universit?t Regensburg.

Frau Franke ist seit 01.10.2022 am Lehrstuhl Führung und Organisation (Prof. Dr. Thomas Steger) der Universit?t Regensburg besch?ftigt. Sie ist Teil des DFG-Projekts ?Legitimacy-building and the performance of post-transition country firms in an advanced economy – a study of Polish subsidiaries in Germany“, ein internationales Forschungsprojekt in Kooperation mit der HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management und der Poznań University of Economics and Business (DFG-Link: gepris.dfg.de/gepris/projekt/465177433).
