Welcome to DIMAS and CITAS

CITAS was founded in 2017 as a platform for coordinating and developing collaborative area studies activities between institutions, projects and colleagues in Regensburg.

DIMAS emerged in 2023 out of CITAS (Center for International and Transnational Area Studies). DIMAS is continuing this academic tradition with so far six permanent professorships.?Find out more about DIMAS here.
