Vision

From the first kick-off meeting in June 2021 up to the final in January 2022:

All administrative employees had the opportunity to contribute to the vision and mission statements via their respective Ambassadors of Department.

Two guiding questions accompanied numerous workshops and group discussions involving a large number of committed colleagues: Where do we want to go? What does the best version of us as an administration look like?

This is our common vision:
