Another round of process management begins!
In the coming months, more administrative processes will be optimized. The process coaches will start their training in the summer of 2024; dates for process mapping will be set in the fall/winter.

Getting started with process management
The processes to be optimised from autumn 2022 are highly important to many within the administration and their clients in the faculties - students and academics alike:

- ?? Redesign of notifications about disruptions or necessary cleaning work on campus (Felix Emersleben)

The process mapping workshops took place between October 2022 and February 2023, followed by training and mapping sessions led by the process coaches mentioned above.
