If you want to stop doubting yourself, quit feeling like an imposter amongst fellow scientists, and finally have the work-life balance you deserve, this workshop is made for you.
This semester's program is offered for all doctoral candidates and postdocs at the Universit?t Regensburg and includes a three-part workshop in English.
Each of the workshop sessions contains a short introduction of the key concepts and practical tasks that you can apply to your individual experiences. You may attend individual parts, but we recommend that you attend the entire sequence.
All sessions will be held on Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

After the workshop, there will be time for coffee, and everyone is invited.

Alexandra (Alex) Otto is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and a psychotherapist in training as well as a former doctoral representative at WIN.
Yih-Shiuan Lin is a Taiwanese postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Experimental Psychology and a former doctoral representative at WIN. She has been a mental health advocate since the early stage of her graduate years.
Ricarda Jacob is a doctorial researcher in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy as well as the current doctoral representative at WIN.

Throughout the workshop sessions Ricarda, Yih-Shiuan and Alex will guide you through the theoretical backgrounds and practical exercises to ace your mental health in science and will provide information about mental health resources for early career researchers.
Together, Alex, Ricarda and Yih-Shiuan wish to offer you the tools and support to navigate more smoothly in your academic career. No prior knowledge is needed for participating in the workshop. Alex, Ricarda and Yih-Shiuan are looking forward to accompanying you in the journey of improving your mental health.
