The intention of the spring school is to give an introduction to causal fermion systems and to explain some of the applications. The main goal is to cover part of the material in the book

We will also give the necessary mathematical and physical background, depending on what we need and what the participants know already. Here we want to use notes of a book which we are just writing:
Book "An Introduction to the Fermionic Projector and Causal Fermion Systems," in preparation
This book also includes mathematical methods (distribution theory, spectral theory in Hilbert spaces, solution of the Cauchy problem for linear PDEs). We will provide this background if necessary.
