Students of American Studies are strongly encouraged to spend part of their studies abroad. All faculty members are ready to meet with students and advise them in their planning (especially also in regard to course selection and credit transfer).
The exchange program of the Chair of American Studies and Williams College?in Williamstown, MA, offers you the opportunity to spend one full academic year in the U.S. as a teaching associate. Applications are due in the fall of every year for the upcoming academic year (September 1 to May 31).
