Network

We operate the university's data network. On-site users might connect via WiFi or LAN. Access from home can be accomplished via VPN.

WiFi & LAN

For access via WiFi, you will find more information on available networks here.

For access via LAN, e.g. in your office, you need to register your device:

Please connect your device via LAN.
Start you browser. You should be forwarded to the registration page. If not, please call https://register.uni-regensburg.de manually.
Please open?Personalized Summary Page and login with your CC credentials. Please open?Register Device, enter the requested information and submit the form. The data will be validated and displayed again. Please check the information and confirm the registration.
The registration process might take up to 20 minutes. You will be informed via mail after completion.

Via VPN you will be able to access the university's network and all its services from home and en route.
