The Honors Bachelor Program offers students the opportunity to enter the program during their undergraduate studies, following the completion of the first phase of their studies.
The Honors Module builds on the Bachelor Phase 1 (three semesters or 90 ECTS) in the fields of Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems. It is aimed at bachelor students at the University of Regensburg who have achieved a minimum average grade of 2.3 for Phase 1, as well as at external students with comparable qualifications.

Components of the Honors-Module:
The Honors Seminar examines a current research topic using advanced scientific methods, going beyond the standard of a regular theoretical seminar. The Honors Seminar examines a current research topic using advanced scholarly methods that go beyond the standard of a regular theoretical seminar.
The Honors Project can be in form of either a literature review or the participation in a research project. It is supervised by a professor in the department of Business, Economics, and Management Information Systems.
The Honors internship is required to be at least six weeks in length and may be split into two semester breaks.
Workshops on rhetoric, communicational, teamwork and conflict management are offered regularly to develop and enhance the social skills of Honors students. Intercultural training and intensive language courses are also part of the program.
